It does help me stay motivated here and there, but the accountability side feels a little light. Not sure how to explain it, but I was hoping it would push me a bit more consistently. It’s not bad overall, just could be better

The site was fine to use overall, I guess. Nothing terrible happened. But the pricing was weirdly unclear, and I had to click around more than I should’ve just to figure out what I’d actually be paying. I’m totally calm about it, of course, but it was definitely annoying and didn’t exactly make me feel confident about moving forward.

"Honestly helped me feel a bit more grounded"
I was really stressed out with work and just normal life stuff piling up, though I can’t even remember if I started using The Cohen Review a few weeks ago or longer than that. Either way, it gave me some simple things to try that didn’t feel overwhelming. It wasn’t like some instant fix or anything, but after a while I noticed I wasn’t spiraling as much and felt a little more in control. Just a small but helpful shift.

"Refund details could be a little clearer"
I made sure to read through the refund and cancellation policy before signing up, and overall it seems reasonable. I get that a company needs some rules around timing and cancellations, so I’m not saying it’s unfair. That said, a few parts felt stricter than expected and not as easy to follow as they could be. It looks like cancelling is possible as long as you pay attention to the deadlines. Not a bad experience, but I do think the refund info should be explained more clearly upfront

"Pretty happy overall, but felt a bit ignored"
Overall, I had a good experience and I don’t have any major complaints. That said, there were a couple moments where I felt like my questions weren’t really acknowledged, which was a little frustrating. Still, things worked out fine in the end.

"Easy to follow, honestly"
I actually liked how The Cohen Review was laid out. Organized. Not jumping all over the place. Each section kind of led into the next, which helped a lot. I didn’t feel like I was constantly trying to figure out where I was or what I missed. Simple to follow, but still covered the stuff I needed. Solid setup overall

I felt like they actually listened to me, which doesn’t always happen. I wasn’t rushed at all, and they explained everything in a way that made sense without making me feel silly for asking questions. Also, the patience they had was really noticeable. I left feeling a lot calmer, and kind of hopeful too, which I wasn’t expecting when I first went in

My score did go up a bit, so I can’t say it didn’t help. I just feel like I signed up at a weird time because the classes seemed kind of rushed, and I don’t think I got as much out of them as I could have.

They did a solid job and seemed to notice the little things, which I appreciate. A few parts took longer than I expected, but I guess that also means they were being careful, maybe. Not everything was perfect, but most of it was right, so overall I’d say it was a good experience.
